Description:Very
hard and crisp with yellow flesh and an exotic sweet, spicy flavor.
Good for fresh eating and cooking. The fruit will store for 6 months.
Tree is of medium vigor and easy to manage. Fruit tends to be small to medium in size. Pick when color is fully developed, apples will sweeten in storage. Earlier picked fruit will keep the full 6 months and be sweet and crisp. It is one of the last varieties that we pick at Applejack Orchards
